Returns or exchanges can be made anytime but will only be accepted as long as your Tshirt is unworn, unwashed, and unhappy. Well, you’re returning it, aren’t you? You can’t expect your Tshirt to be happy. You’re rejecting it. It knows you don’t love it anymore. It’s a very depressed Tshirt.
To get the depressed Tshirt out of your life please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange so we will know your Tshirt is coming back.
Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.
If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.
In other words, if we mess up we pay for it. If you change your mind, you pay for it. :-)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible upon receiving your package. And of course if you do not feel it is as described then you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your item’s cost minus the shipping. In other words if your items were shipped to you with Free Shipping then the cost of the shipping/handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. Only the item sale price is refunded.
All refunds will be issued back through the original form of payment.
